1. Introduction
Welcome to Bluwave Galumoana Ltd. By engaging with our services, accessing our platforms, or using our content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
Bluwave Galumoana Ltd offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design

  • Videography and Photography

  • Website and App Development

  • Social Media Management

  • Internet and Broadband Services (via BluNet)

  • Media Broadcasting (via BluTV)

Specific terms for each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project completion.

  • Payment must be made as agreed in the signed service contract or invoice.

  • Clients must review and approve deliverables promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe outlined in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees as per the agreed terms.

  • Deposits are required before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     

5. Intellectual Property

  • Bluwave Galumoana Ltd retains ownership of all intellectual property created unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Clients are granted usage rights for the deliverables specified in the service agreement.
     

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement.

  • Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
     

7. Liability

  • Bluwave Galumoana Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
     

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of the signed contract.

  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

While we strive for excellence, all deliverables are provided "as is," and we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or meet specific expectations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
